Introducing the Green Sprouts Initiative

Hey everyone! We're excited to share that the Green Sprouts team is taking a big step towards environmental conservation. Our mission? To raise funds to plant 01 hectare of bamboo in northern Vietnam! This project not only aims to promote greenery but also provides various ecological benefits, such as improving air quality and promoting biodiversity.

Garage Sale Fundraiser in Ciputra

To kickstart this project, we’re organizing a garage sale in Ciputra. This isn’t just any ordinary sale; it's a chance for our community to come together and make a difference! We’ll have an array of items up for grabs, including gently used books, toys, and beautiful Bat Trang ceramics. Every item you purchase will go directly towards funding our bamboo forest. Talk about shopping for a cause!

Why Bamboo Shoot (Măng Bát Độ)?

You might wonder, why bamboo shoot (Măng Bát Độ)? Well, this resilient plant is a natural wonder. It grows incredibly fast, requires minimal water, and its roots help prevent soil erosion. Creating a bamboo shoot forest can transform the landscape, providing a habitat for wildlife while also enhancing local ecosystems. Not to mention, bamboo shoot (Măng Bát Độ) is the local-native plant and it has countless applications, from construction materials to environmentally friendly products. By investing in this project, you’re contributing to a sustainable future.

Furthermore, bamboo shoot (Măng Bát Độ) can be harvested from the year four of planting, generating income for household farmer. It is estimated that 01 hectare forest can neutralize 36 tons of carbon and bamboo shoot can generate VND 135 million of income for farmer after 06 years.
